The LIS professionals - who have not gov. job  & students decided for go to Gujarat High Court for no recruitment about last 15 years in colleges and schools.

Government recruited all staff Principal to peon  but no recruit librarian.

In engineering colleges ME faculties recruited on only master degree through the GPSC direct interview, in pharmacy colleges, Arts, Commerce  Science almost all colleges without any written test-direct interview on full pay six pay scale.

In schools teachers recruited on roster no. and TAT. Gov. recruited non-teaching staff.

But not recruit Librarian in universities, colleges and schools last 15 years.

SLET/NET passed & Ph.D. qualified are in self finance jobs on fix salary and waiting for gov job. But gov is careless for librarians. LIS candidates condition is very poor in Gujarat.
