We ( I and my coligues) want to join in this campiagn but we are unknown abt all these efforts. so pls post the shedual, venue, and further agendas on our famous gujarat state level  and national level LIS forums.

Make our own blog and spread it..

Involve Adinet members and other great personality of our fied into it.

If u have started this march stick on it and plz dont be regional. Involve entire LIS professionals from all over Gujarat by advertizing, make awareness programmes or any thing else..

we r very good in our field bt if we will sleep, we will be used this way all tiime.

All knows that for getting NAC accrediatation MLIS degree holder is must and  He/She should be permanent librarian but trusty colllages pay fix 5 or 6 thousand and show the librarians' signature on full pay.if he will raise the figure, he will be boycott. The institute will bring other needy degree holder on payment of 4 to 5 thousand fix. In this salary he will give the performance based on his salary..but authority will desire the performance of class one Librarian !!!ultimet impact stress for librarian, unsetisfaction for librarian community, week professional career, ugly image of librarian..etc."Shoshan" (Exploitation) from all side..

We are working in at school library, collage library, public library, institutional library, special library, banks library, medical-hospitals libraries, railway library,official-commercial libraries, in technological firms working as scientinsts or like technical persons , working at consortias, involving in business like out sourcing (by automations and all...), involve in publication devisions, working in Education-teaching (LIS departments..)..developing and making softwares relating dgitization...

In short we are skilled in our field

We r performing our best indeed.

But we r exploited by all also.

So...Be librarian, Save librarian

be librarian by makeing our selves best to this position and save librarian by raising our fingures to bad notions enterd into our profession.
